PVN447 Alkon Pressure Protection Valve 70psi PVN447 Alkon Pressure Protection Valve 70psi The pressure protection valve is a non-adjustable closed pressure-control valve. When supply air is greater than 75 psi, the valve opens and supplies air downstream. When air supply falls below 70 psi, the valve closes. A typical application would be in an air brake system, to protect a reservoir by closing automatically at 70 psi when a reservoir system failure occurs.
