HOW IT WORKS: Our Lightning® Lift Valve (LLV) combines a highly accurate regulating ride valve with our tried and true lift valve into a compact and easy to install design. The two independent valves operate in tandem to provide performance and reliability beyond conventional valve set-ups. WHY IT WORKS: We have designed the Lightning® Lift Valve to meet the specific demands of commercial trucks and trailers. It has endured years of rigorous environmental and durability testing. You can install this product and have the peace of mind that it will last the life of your equipment. Features: Axle is in the Normally-Down position until air is delivered to the pilot port. Does NOT have a manual override. Use this lift axle control to simplify trailer and tractor lift axle plumbing. The compact design incorporates a lift bag valve and a regulated ride bag valve into one integrated body. Will need a regulator (sold seperatly) to control ride bag pressure. Designed to survive harsh environments. The Lightning® Lift Valve is a direct replacement for our competitor’s 5040 valve series.
