Chenille needles are sized in the same manner as tapestry needles, but have a sharp point instead of a blunt point. DMC Chenille Needles range in size. The number of the chenille needle corresponds to the size of the eye and the thickness of the needle. The higher the number of the needle, the smaller the eye and thinner the needle is. DMC Darner Needles can be used with DMC Pearl Cotton, DMC Embroidery Floss, DMC Light Effects and ribbon. Chenille Needles are ideal for ribbon embroidery, candle wicking and other embroidery techniques.
