Cake Drums Round 8 Inches – White – Sturdy 1/2 Inch Thick – Professional Smooth Straight Edges

I’ve been a professional cake decorator for many years and these cake drums are by far the best I’ve ever used. Most importantly, they are extremely sturdy and will bear the weight of multi-tiered, heavy cakes. Add to that the fact that the outside rims are finished with a completely flat surface which is ideal either as is, or if you want to put a ribbon around it to give it a pretty finish. (I love the champagne satin ribbons that come with the multi packs). I’m very picky about the presentation of my cakes. I’ve seen many cake artists create beautiful cakes…only to display them on boards that have rough edges (which they don’t even bother to hide with a ribbon). The icing on the cake, so to speak, is the fantastic customer service. When Cakebon was out of a certain size that I needed, they responded to my query the same day, then continued to communicate with me regularly to let me know when they would be back in stock.
