Decorative Six-Prong Semi-Mount Modification details: Center basket recreated for a 6.5 mm round stone. There will be only six prongs (the leaf design parts between the prongs will be removed). Shoulders will be made wider with larger natural diamonds. Shoulders will taper down, and hand engraving will stop at the same point where the diamonds end. Metal: Platinum 950.
